- Is your assortment equal to the assortment in your stores? Yes, however a few of our products can not be shipped on international orders due to shipping restrictions. We're sorry for any inconvenience caused.
- Are your products tested on animals? No, Make Up Store products and ingredients are not tested on animals.
- Are your products vegan? We work frequently to update our full assortment for a vegan range only. For information about the vegan products, please use the search function or filter by "vegan products" in each product category.
- Can I purchase gift cards online? No, gift cards are currently not available in our web store. They're available for purchase in our stores only. Please contact your nearest store for any questions regarding gift cards. To find your nearest store location, use our Store locator.
- Do I have to create an account to make a purchase? No, you can place an order as a guest if you prefer not to create an account. We do recommend you to sign in to take part of any upcoming offers and to make future purchases more convenient.
- How do I save products as favorite? To add a product as a favorite click on the heart symbol in the upper right corner of the product image. All your favorites can be found by clicking on the heart symbol in the upper right corner of the website.
- How do I know my order was registered? As soon as your order is registered you will receive a confirmation e-mail with information regarding your order.
- How do I know my order was shipped? You will receive an e-mail notification once your order are dispatched. Once your order has reached your local delivery office you will be notified by a text message or an e-mail.
- Can I change my order? Unfortunately, once the order has been processed you can not do any changes to your exsisting order.

- I forgot my password, please help. You can request a new password on the website. Fill in your e-mail address associated to your account and you will receive a link you follow to re-set your password.
- I've changed my address, how do I change the information in my account? Sign into your account and change your shipping address.
- I have a Make Up Store member card, can I use my membership in your web store? The member cards available in our physical stores can not be used on our website. To receive any offers or special discounts you have to create an account on our website.
- What payment methods can I use? You can choose to pay your order by credit card, debit card or in selected regions by an invoice from Klarna.
- I have questions regarding my invoice from Klarna, who can i contact? Any questions regarding your invoice from Klarna we recommend you to contact Klarna customer service. You can find their contact information on your invoice.
- When will my package be delivered? Please expect 1-5 days for delivery in the European Union and 5-9 days for the rest of the world. Delivery may take longer due to unexpected events. For more information please go here.
- How is my order delivered? Your order is delivered by Schenker or FedEx.
- How much is shipping? The shipping cost varies on your location. Once you place your order and are ready for check-out you can view the shipping cost before the order is final. For larger orders we offer free shipping.

- Will I have to pay duties? Orders outside of the European Union may be subject to import taxes or custom fees upon arrival. When ordering from makeupstorecosmetics.com the recipient of the order is fully responsible for any of the import fees and of all laws and regulations of the import destination.

- How do I return a product? Please note that we're not able to accept returns of any other products than makeup bags. To return a product, please do so within 30 days of the shipping date for a refund purchase price excluding the shipping and handling charges. All returns must be sent to:

- When returning a product, how do I receive the refund? We will refund you within 30 days from when we received your return. It will be returned to the payment card used when placing the order or through Klarna invoice.
